In case we organize transports for you, we arrange these four you as forwarding intermediary.
All forwarding according to cmr regulation, in case of a dispute we only accept the Dutch court. When you want your goods insured by us we need a written instruction, al costs for account of the principal.
Storage is for risk and account of the principal.
